In accordance with applicable regulations, a customer who makes a distance purchase, outside the showroom, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without giving a reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you.
Purchase and return of goods by a self-employed entrepreneur:
Entrepreneurs who purchase goods for the company (as part of their business activities) have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract. The provisions apply to a natural person concluding a distance contract directly related to its activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person. The entrepreneur who purchases the goods will be assessed through the prism of his entry in the CEIDG. If the PKD codes disclosed in the records indicate that he professionally deals with the activities covered by the contract, then he will not be considered a consumer, but a professional. The direct costs of returning the goods are paid by the customer.
To withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods, inform the seller about the decision to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment with the goods ordered by you.

We would like to kindly inform you that the goods being returned cannot show signs of use. The returned goods should have all tags and should have the original packaging (in which it was delivered). In the case of shipping the returned goods, please carefully protect the package so that it does not get damaged or destroyed during transport.
The reimbursement of payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the seller) will be made immediately, and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract.
